iPho
IPhO is dedicated to enhancing student pharmacists’ understanding of the pharmaceutical industry by:
- Raising awareness of the roles that industry pharmacists play in drug development, appropriate medication use, and other aspects of industry
- Creating opportunities for student pharmacists to connect with industry pharmacists
- Working with IPhO National and UF faculty/administration to promote access to industry-focused internship and other experiential opportunities.
- Showcasing the various career paths available within the pharmaceutical industry including: medical affairs, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, clinical research, marketing, and more!
IPhO aims to reach these goals by bringing in guest speakers from industries, webinars, and providing opportunities to network nationally.
